Time keeps ticking. There are only 10 days until I board a plane, and arrive back home in the wonderful US of A. It seems bittersweet. I know I'll miss it, even if I am ready to go home.
Today was my last class with Cristiano. I'll definitely miss him... silly man. lol
On the way home, I decided it's time I make my famous chicken soup. That will make me feel better! It's got to... I need to be healthy for my last week in Roma! Can you all say MAJOR FAIL?! My best recipe turned into sheer stupidity. After two hours, the soup was ready. I had a spoon... delicious. It was just what the doctor ordered... warm, homeade chicken soup. The big fopa came in when I added noodles... little, tiny noodles... little, tiny noodles that I wasn't expecting to double in size... little, tiny noodles that sucked up all my soup, and left me with a bowl of pasta. Yes folks... I was left with yet another bowl of pasta. Fantastico! Perfeto! It just figures I would do something like this. lol
Tomorrow's Thursday, December 3rd... Wish me luck!
