Someone died today... someone I do not know... someone young... who died of cancer. As I watched my friends' statuses on facebook flood my feed with R.I.P. and other such sentiments, I wondered. R.I.P... A three letter acronym... Is that all our lives come down to in the end? People are dropping like flies. Someone needs to find a cure.
I woke up late, and spent most of the day doing laundry. Then, I made a delicious dinner... for three. I convinced my roomate Emily to join me, and then Danielle called and I invited her over as well. I made fresh vegetable soup, salad, and roasted chicken with vegetables and herbs. It was really good. Everyone was pleased. :)
Tomorrow, I'm planning a day trip. I'll be sure to tell you all about it when I return.
