I woke up this morning tired, but ready to start my day. The first half of sculpture was a bit of a struggle. Roberto was doing various different demonstrations, and I was trying to stay awake. :)
Once I began my project, it just seemed to flow. We have to create a book. Yep, that's the project. We can use any material, and the project is very vague. As of right now, I'm compiling various different objects and making a book I'm gonna call, Made in Italy. I'm kind of liking it. :)
After sculpture, I went to take my Italian test, printed my paper, and then went back for Italian class. It was kind of cool to see everyone formulating full on conversations. It's amazing how far we've all come!
My last class was design. I've decided to give it another go, and try to get into it more... if only for the end of the semester. We got our midterm paper back today. I got an A! I was so excited! Finally, grades I'm used to! Nothing like a paper to put me back into the swing of things. :)
When I got home, I did the dishes and made some dinner. Fettucini Alfredo with grilled chicken with a side of marinated artichokes. Dee-liscious!
Then, I took a 3 hour nap. It was wonderful. It was JUST what I needed. :)
When I woke up, it was already 10pm, so I went on facebook to waste some time, and did some homework.
I'm going to try to go to this one art gallery tomorrow before class. It's called the Museum of Fantasy, or something of the sort. Every time I walked by, it looked so cool. It didn't open until November though. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll finally get to see it!
Then, I'm meeting up with Zach, a friend from Temple back home. He's studying in Paris, and is currently in Rome. We're meeting up after class. I'll probably take him for some gelato. haha
Shout out to the Silly Jack Rabbit! Remember kids, tricks are for kids. haha
Signing Off,
Ciao Bella...
