Since in a few short hours I will leaving for the airport, I have decided to dedicate tonight's blog to one of my favorite American holidays... Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!
Everyday we take things for granted. Here in Rome, I have become quite aware of all the conveniences we have at home, and now I will be forever grateful. What I miss and am grateful for most though, is my family and friends. At a time when I am away from my loved ones, I have realized how lucky I am to have them in my life. I'd like to give a few special shout-outz at this point.
Mama and Papa - Thank you so much for everything. I am the luckiest child in the world to have parents like you. You are the coolest, smartest, kindest, funest, most understanding parents in the world. (And now you have it in writing!) Thank you so much for always supporting me, encouraging me, and challenging me to become the person I am today. Thank you also for helping me to make this trip possible. I will be forever grateful. With all it's ups and downs, it has been an experience of a lifetime. I love you. <3
Arturchek - First and foremost, you will always be my #1. I am sooo lucky to have a friend like you. I don't know what I'd do without you. Thanks for always being there for me. <3
Leslie - My shluba! I can't wait to see you! We're in desperate need of a drive! You are the best girlfriend any girl can ask for. Thanks lovey. <3
Lena - The shoutout that's waaaaayyy over due... that's why I'm not grouping you with any other individuals. ;) lol... For realz though, you have become like an older sister to me. You look out for me, and watch my back like no one else. I really appreciate you taking me under your wing. I mean really, look how stylish I've become. lol You'll be real proud when I get back. Thank you.
Diana and Luba - I had to give Lena her own, but you two have also become like big sisters to me. All three of you have taken such good care of me, and I love you all for it. Diana, from the begining I have been able to tell you things I tell no one else. We really connected over those Margaritas. lol... and Luba... swings, beach trips, tokai.. so much fun, I can't wait for more... and big shout out to POSHREVIEW.COM!!!! I'm so proud of your event!
Arkady and Yuriy - Haha deal with it. I'm grouping you boys together because I love you equally! Gossip, giggles, late night drives to china town, and ricing. haha... You guys are the best!
Maryanna and Aline - My two lil sistas. You two are the sweetest, most beautiful girls... inside and out that I have ever met. I hope you know how thankful I am to have each of you in my life.
Connie - My big bro. haha... Thanks for keeping dad busy while I've been gone. ;)
Larry T and Drew - Otherwise known as LD. You boys will always be very special to me. This past year has been a total roller coaster. Thanks for always looking out for me, taking care of me, and of coarse all the good times we've had. G-d knows we've had a lot. lol
Jack - Didn't think I'd forget, did you? Thanks for all the talks, words of advise, and just keeping me from being silly... even if you're a silly jack rabbit. lol I really appreciate it.
Alina and Syvan - Through thick and thin. Thank you.
